I provide the overall vision and leadership for the company, ensuring our welding, fabrication, power, and insulation divisions operate with excellence, integrity, and safety. I oversee strategic growth, major projects, and company standards while building strong relationships with clients, partners, and our team. My role is to guide the company forward while making sure every project reflects our commitment to quality craftsmanship and reliable service.
I wouldn’t be able to be a great husband or father without first and foremost trusting Christ as my Savior; my faith guides every decision I make. My wife, Sarah, and I have been blessed to raise two wonderful children, Olivia and Wyatt. When I’m not at work or helping on the farm, you can usually find me climbing mountains out West, exploring and enjoying God’s creation. I believe that true strength comes from serving others, not from being served.
